  • ARCHIRAGE is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds
  • ARCHIRAGE does not accept returns.
  • Size exchanges are allowed only once, strictly for the same garment and product, only size changes are permitted.
  • Exchanges for different products, colors, or styles are not allowed.
  • Please take your body measurements carefully and compare them with our size chart before placing an order.
  • After receiving your order, we will confirm your size via email or phone to ensure accuracy before processing any exchange request.
  • Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock after your order and payment are processed, or we are unable to fulfill it.
  • For an exchange, the garment must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with  all original tags, labels, covers, papers, boxes, and any other accessories included with the product.
  • A clear unboxing video and photographs showing the garment and all packaging components in their original condition are required as proof.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the size was not confirmed after order receipt or if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging components.
