• For damaged items, please provide clear photographic and video evidence showing the damage as well as the original packaging, including all tags, labels, covers, papers, boxes, and any other accessories.
• Keep all packaging and contents as received to assist with the claims process.
• Once your claim is verified, we will work with you to find the best possible solution as applicable.
• Refunds are provided only if a product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, and must be supported with clear photographs or a video along with the original packaging and included accessories.
• Refunds do not apply for sizing issues, change of mind, or unpaid customs duties.

Exchanges

• Size exchanges are allowed only once, strictly for the same garment and product.
• Exchanges for different products, colors, or designs are not permitted.
• To avoid exchanges, please carefully take your body measurements and compare them with our size chart before placing your order.
• After receiving your order, we will confirm your size via email or phone to ensure accuracy and help avoid any exchange requests later.
• For an exchange, the garment must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, covers, papers, boxes, and any other accessories included with the product.
• A clear unboxing video and photographs showing the garment and all packaging components in their original condition are required as proof.
• Shipping costs for exchanges (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive the exchange return item, we will inspect it and take appropriate steps accordingly.
• Please ensure the exchange return item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• If your desired size is unavailable, we will gladly issue a store credit equal to your purchase value, which can be used for any future order on our website.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.
